I am super excited to announce that for our July challenge we are joining forces with the fabulous Tikiboo!!!!
Hopefully alongside the actual Olympics going ahead this year, we will be running our very own Tiki-Lympics! This challenge will have a slight twist on our usual monthly challenges.
As well as the personal options you can aim for over the month (outlined below), you also have the option of contributing to a group challenge, the Tiki Torch Relay. As a group, we hope to cover 12,000 miles between us over the month of July.
The Olympic Torch is lit in Ancient Olympia in Greece, and is currently being transported the 12,000 miles to Tokyo.
If you choose one of the personal options below, you can also contribute to the Tiki Torch relay miles.
If you wish to just do the group challenge, please choose 'Tiki Torch relay' as your option when ordering.

Choose from either Miles:
You can cover your miles with any exercise you like, running, walking, cycling, you can even roller skate it if you fancy!
270 minutes (60 mins a week)
675 minutes (2.5 hours a week)
1,000 minutes (4-ish hours a week)
1,600 minutes (6-ish hours a week)
Or a new option for 2021, 10k Steps a Day!
You will need a fitness tracker so you can log your miles, be it a FitBit, Strava, Map my Run etc. You can either submit screen shots, or keep a spreadsheet to log your miles or minutes.
I will also list a CUSTOM option. If you choose this, then you can set whatever goal you would like. These challenges are all about you guys, having fun and meeting your own goals, so if there is not a challenge listed that suits, then make your own!

It is just me on my own logging your miles manually. I have no snazzzy software to do it for me. If there is any possibility, to make my life a little easier, could you please choose the weekly or monthy view from your tracker.

Our medal design for this challenge has not been plucked out of the air. This medal will match two separate Tikiboo prints, as shown in the picture.
